A Few of Her Favorite Things

Giving Tessa the opportunity to live life fully was our goal.  As parents we constantly searched for ways to keep her integrated in our lifestyle here in remote western Wyoming.  So these are a few of Tessa's Favorite things.  The things that enabled her to live fully, unconfined by Trisomy 18.

Many of these items could hold small oxygen tanks and/or feed machine and bags so Tessa could always have the support she needed and the fun she deserved!

the Upsee

Firefly Friends were one of our biggest allies.  The Upsee gave Tessa the opportunity to walk with the help of an adult.  She loved being mobile.

GoTo Seat

Another Firefly Friends product that supported Tessa so she could go grocery shopping with mom.  She even used the seat out in the yard to hang out in the grass.

Thule Cart

With attachments galore, this was one of our family favorites.  We could go skiing, biking, or hiking and Tessa could have fun with the family :)

Kelty Backpack

This gave us the ability to adventure in the mountains.  On snowshoe or afoot.  Enough room for an oxygen tank to go for a couple of hours.
